Is there any sign that the beach bars will open soon , the money and jobs that have been lost is utterly rediculous , let alone the tourist trade , somebody get their act in gear and help what is going to be a sinking ship !! You are destroying a lovely tourist area with beautiful beaches and the poor children who need toilets and ice creams!! when on holiday , but also the poor locals !

Every tourist I’ve spoken to this summer has said they will never come back here again. They say the beaches were unbearable without the services the beach bars give!!! How stupid was that, Orihuela Council?? You have effectively killed the goose that laid the golden egg!! You could have taken a monthly rental till the contract was signed instead of closing them all!!! Short sighted and brain dead in the extreme!!!
