Hi Stephen, the scuba diving courses take place on La Caleta beach in Cabo Roig. You´ll need swimwear and sun protection of course, but nothing out of the ordinary. I am not aware of any age range being set by the organisers, but I would imagine anyone deemed unfit for safety reasons will not be permitted to dive.
