Hi Grace, thanks for your question. Yes, group fitness sessions start this Sunday 20th October, although the format changes slightly each week just to keep things fresh.

Hi there, thanks for your question. You cannot reserve the diving session, places are awarded to those who arrive first. But the price is free, no charge.
