Hi Sandra, my husband has just had this procedure and he was seen very quickly. Obviously the hospital are working with limited resources, just like any hospital, so I would imagine the speed with which you are seen will depend on the severity of your condition and how busy the unit happens to be. If you have concerns, in the first instance please raise these with your doctor or consultant. Thanks Sandra.

Having had 3 operations in 7 years at this wonderful hospital i am happy but i am still waiting to have a colonoscopy and it’s now over 6 months. I don’t feel well and am now getting anxious as my symptons are worse!

I got the absolute best treatment ever. The nurses and doctors were all fantastic. I had to have surgery and was so well looked after.
